Library Lane Opens
The DeBruler Company recently completed construction of a 148-unit senior housing complex in Grayslake, Illinois. Located next to the library and within walking distance of the historic shopping downtown village of Grayslake, Library Lane offers freedom and convenience. It is also within walking distance of grocery shopping, parks, the community pool, and the lake itself.

Library Lane was built utilizing tax credits under the Federal Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program. Both the federal government and the Illinois Housing Development Authority ensure our rents will remain affordable (determined by state guidelines) through at least 2031.
